The delivery and returning of the car was uncomplicated, Nick was very helpful, he talks English very well and gave us some good advise for driving in kazakhstan, also they left us some phone numbers in case of emergency.
We got a toyota landcruiser prado and went on a trip to altyn-emel national park, and on the way back there we’re wintry conditions on the roads — snow and ice even on the motorway. With this car absolutely no problem ;-).
The prices are ok.
