Renting a car is not just easy, it’s very easy!

The paperwork process takes no more than 20 minutes.

Client requirements:

• Minimum age 23 years;
• Driving experience of at least 3 years.

Required documents:

For individuals:

• ID card or passport;
• Driver’s license.

For legal entities:

• Application for vehicle rental in writing (in any form, on the company’s letterhead), which should be sent to our email.
• Certificate of registration of a legal entity, bank details, egov statement, copy of the manager’s ID card;
• Power of attorney to sign the lease agreement and the vehicle acceptance certificate;

ID card and driver’s license for each person authorized to drive.

Security deposit:

The security deposit is paid by the Lessee before the start of the rental.

The security deposit amount depends on the class of the Car and the territory of vehicle operation.

The security deposit can be paid in cash or by bank card. In this case, part of the funds corresponding to the security deposit amount is temporarily blocked on your card. This scheme is transparent for the client and reliable for the company.

Provided that the Lessee complies with the terms of the agreement, the security deposit is returned.

In the event of an administrative offense recorded by photo and video recorders, the amount of the fine indicated in the receipt is deducted from the security deposit. Fines for 2017 can be found here: Main fines for traffic violations in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The cost of uninsured equipment lost or damaged by the Lessee will be deducted from the security deposit amount.

In the event of damage due to the fault of a third party whose identity has been established, and subject to the provision of certificates of the accident, the security deposit will be returned in full.

All our company’s cars are provided to customers in a clean condition, with a tidy interior, with a certain amount of gasoline. The car must be returned in the same condition.

Payment:

According to generally accepted rules, the cost of car rental is paid by the client in advance. Payment can be made in several ways:

• cash,
• credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO
• bank transfers.

Additional services:

• For your convenience, our Company offers a number of additional services:
  • Advance booking – FREE;
  • Car delivery/return at a convenient location for you (within the city limits of Almaty/Astana), including the airport and railway station:
  • during working hours (9:00 – 21:00) – 6000 tenge.
  • at any non-working hours – 8000 tenge.
• Extension of the lease agreement:
  • in the office – FREE;
  • with a visit to the client during working hours (9:00 – 21:00) – 6000 tenge.
• with a visit to the client at any non-working hours – 8000 tenge.
  • Return of the car unwashed:
  • passenger cars – 4000 tenge.
  • SUV – 6000 tenge.

Together with the rented car, we are ready to provide you with the following additional equipment for FREE:

• Child car seats, boosters, belt adapters;
• Car phone charger;
• Phone holder;
• Voltage inverter 12/220v (500v);
• Car ski mount;
• Video recorder.

You must inform the manager about your desire to use additional equipment when booking the car. All accessories are provided subject to their availability at the time of signing the contract.
